I have always a great experience with this mall. Everyone has always been the most helpful. They are very professional and down to earth. I think that they truly understand the meaning of customer service.

I never thought the HUGE Alexandria Mall needed an information desk, but the lady working there was very pleasant and helpful as people asked her questions or rented strollers. Good job A-town, a little polish goes a long way.
